Unable to locate Recoil Compensation setting in Editor

I'm guessing this is a failure of my vision, but I'm not seeing anywhere to adjust the recoil compensation values for added firearms in the editor. I'm looking to add the weapons from Gun Haven/Heaven and Arsenal.

It's a Gizmo. Copy an Ingram Smartgun and you can see the mods there.

So for instance if it has RC1 you could give it shockpads or something else that grants RC
 
Update

I tried adding a number of gizmos, including the Gas-vent 2 system (which is what I wanted) all to no avail. Nonetheless, the copy function worked like a champ, thanks much for the suggestion.
