unable to import portfolio on ipad

I just transferred my license to a new ipad, however i'm unable to import my portfolios. when i click the import portfolio button, there is an option to browse, which takes me to a blank screen, and there is a 'get help with cloud services,' which I have read. I do have a cloud service installed (dropbox), but this is not displayed when I click the import portfolio button, nor is there a 'More' option.

Per Dami's suggestion in a different forum I clicked on the Browse button (again), but all I get when I do that is a page saying 'No Recents. Recently opened documents will appear here.' There is no option to add a cloud service.

Please help.
 
That wasn't my comment, but this thread in HL Discussion concerns changed locations in Mac versions of HLC that might relate to you problem. If none of this helps, send an email to support.

To quote DaveM:

1) you can use the menu option Tools->Explore Folders->Game System Data Folder. This will open a finder window in the new gamesystem folder location, and you just need to copy over your data files into that.
