When will this license be available for purchase? When will the data pack be available for download? Thanks!

Not really, if you search the forums for any major release that's pretty much the answer. It's asked for every book, when it's pretty much already known that it will be released as soon as it's ready. And you've even asked about previous packages before. I'm just saying. It's ready when it's ready. It takes a lot of work.

Yeah, that was a bit of a surprise. At least they moved it back a week after moving it up a month.

Well, no kidding it will be released when it is ready, but a polite inquiry as above could be responded to politely.

I eagerly await the release as well, and asking for a time line is not a big deal. Even, an answer of with the early release of the book, we are still working out a projected date and don't have one at this time.

No fuss, no internet jerkathication.

I imagine that since there is a Beta version of HL available now, with the fina release of that "soon" (TM), a final release of new Pathfinder content for this month will likely wait to coincide with the release of the updated program... unless some significant bug makes that impossible.

As a plan, testing and releasing a version of Pathfinder in the next day or so, only to have to re-test and re-release a nearly-identical set of data with the changes from the Beta separately within a few additional days doesn't make as much sense for a small company like LoneWolf as does waiting to release the Pathfinder data with the new version.

That's my take, anyway. :)
