Ultimate Equipment missing data?

I borrowed this book from my GM and added "Meanacing" to my weapon. I then purchased the license for the book in Hero Lab but "Meanacing" isn't in the data. Any help?
 
If you're working with a character that you originally created before you purchased this package, the new package's material may not have been turned on for that character. From the Character menu, choose "Configure Hero", and on the right-hand side of that form, look through the list of settings to make sure that the correct books are turned on.
