Ultimate Equipment Addon is missing items

I just purchased the ultimate equipment addon because I received some loot in my current campaign and wanted to add them. Went through reactivating the license, checked license info and Ultimate Equipment is showing as active so it should work, however Headband of Ponderous Recollection and Voidfrost Robe do not appear anywhere.

Am I doing something wrong or is the addon just incomplete?
 
Have you configured the source on the character yet? Configure Hero (Ctrl-K) and make sure Ultimate Equipment is checked.
 
I knew I was forgetting something!
This was indeed the problem, I forgot to check the Addon in the Configuration.
