Ultimate Campaign question

Kingdoms, Buildings, and Organizations aren't likely to be in the initial release - progrss on those has been slow and they're behind schedule. They'll be added a few weeks after that, but everything else will be included in the initial release.

Thanks. Sounds good. Can't wait to buy it.

What exactly has Paizo said about this subject? I don't want to reveal things that haven't been spoiled by them.
I will find the info in UCa and let you know. I read it late last night as I was falling asleep. But I swear it was a small paragraph that said how to do the cost calc for upgrading specific magic items.

Update: It is basically left to the GM to determine a fair price. Its page171 of the UCa has the info and even example. So having the ability to add flaming to a Holy Avenger is allowed. So having the ability to change a specific item without the editor would be nice and just allow the final cost of the item to be typed in.

Yes, it's just suggestions and guidelines - no firm rules - not enough to implement as anything concrete.

I recall you saying you were hitting them up for an official interpretation. I take it by this comment that they have not returned an official interpretation for +1 Elven Chain yet?
