A couple of bugs/missing features/improperly implemented features I have found while using HL for the Ultimate Campaign kingdoms and war rules (overall mucho kudos though, my Kingmaker game would not function without HL).
HL gives an army of hunters of any level the Spellcasting (6th) army ability, even if they aren't high enough level to use the summon nature's ally VI SLA.
HL scales Consumption and cost of the Siege Engines resource with army size. Those values should not scale with army size for the Siege Engines resource.
A toggle or army adjustment for the Live off the Land commander boon would be super helpful.
For an army that is a child of a kingdom, purchasing an army resource does not correctly decrement the kingdom's BP.
The UC kingdoms and war rules are ambiguous as to whether an army's Consumption is paid only during the upkeep phase, or also when the army is first recruited in the Edict phase. A toggle in the Configure Hero menu might be appropriate. Either way, the Cost function on the "Click to add new armies" window currently appears not to populate from the army you create.
