Tutorial files

Dear Rob!

One little suggestion for future updates. Can you ask before installing the
tutorial files during the installation process? This is really a minor
point, I know, but one has always to delete the files after installing.
So...

This is on the todo list, but it's a comparatively low priority task when
compared to adding major features to the product. One of these days,
people will stop asking for all sorts of new features (yeah, right! <G>)
and I'll be able to get to these little nagging details.
