Trying to set up eidolon. Missing something..

Building a twinned summoner. Chose Biped for eidolon race. Validation Report says "Eidolon Benefits: Primary Bonus Feats Underspent: 0 of 2" but I don't see anywhere to pick those. The Eidolon Benefits section on the Race tab only has 'Primary Abilities' and 'Secondary Abilities' subsections. If I try picking those, it says "Eidolon Benefits: Primary Abilities Overspent: 1 of 0" Help??
