Trying to mod Pathfinder

I'm working out the basics of my modification, using a copy of the Pathfinder system, and can not find the file to use to change the, I'm guessing, the panels and forms, along with the tabs of the main character view to the program.

Which file am I looking for to allow myself to add information, Specifically, I would like to add a new spell casting window view, along with the 'Basics', 'Skills' and 'Feats' views.

That is not an option for our packaged systems like Pathfinder. The visual layouts are not accessible to users.

I guess I understand why, upon thinking on it, but it is annoying that you can not make simple modifications to adapt systems to include house rules.
