Trying to create a race

So I am trying to create a new race and I followed the guide but when I run test I get the following error stating it had to stop because:

Thing 'spcNELair' -Child entity "SPCPower' does not exist"

I didn't use this anywhere in the race how do I fix it?
 
spcNELair would, normally, be in the Necessary Evil file. It's looking for the Super Power Companion to be there. On your character selection screen is Necessary Evil selected but Super Powers Companion not, by chance? Or did you copy something from Necessary Evil to make anything else in your data file?
