trying to create a HLO account with my HLC license codes

When I try to create an account using active license, the license doesn't work? I'm confused if I'm supposed to receive a different activation code or not? I've sent support an email but haven't heard back...
 
HLC and HLO use different account systems (HLO uses the same system as Realm Works). You have to set up an account using that system.
 
Also, past that, an HLC license doesn't apply to HLO. It's a separate purchase. Once PF1 is released for HLO you'll be able to plug in your HLC license to get all the same data packages for a small cost (I think I've seen $20 named), but it will still be separate accounts.
