True Necromancer

I am looking to convert the True Necromancer from the libirs mortis in 3.5. I am fairly new to hero lab and I was wondering if you can actually have a class that can learn both cleric and arcane spell levels?

Anyone that can help I would greatly appreciate it.

Thanks

I'm afraid there's not currently a way to add two types of spellcasting to the same class. The best option I can think of at this point is to create helper classes, one for the arcane spellcasting and the other for the divine spellcasting, and then have the real class add double extra spell levels (like a Mystic Theurge), improving the spellcasting of the helper classes.

Some problems would be that the attack/save progressions depend on level, so they'd be off, but that could be corrected with scripts. The character couldn't be created at less than level 3, since a level of each helper and a level of the main class would be required.

Another question.

With this prestige class, there are a few levels where the character only gains on spell casting level. For example, level 5 he gains one level devine and arcane, but at 6th he only gains arcane, 7th he gains devine, then at 8th he gains both again. are there any sripts that allow these exceptions?

Thanks again.
