Trouble with renewed license

I have renewed my license (about a week before the end of my last lic)
I recieved the confirmation email and I am still recieving the message that my license is expired when I try to update.
I have emailed tech support 3 times with no response.... can anyone help?

The license number you specified cannot be reassigned at this time. Licenses can be re-assigned subject to the terms set forth in the license agreement when you purchased the product. You can review license terms and conditions on this website.

Thank you for your message. I am in the Customer Service Dept. and I
did reply to your message on 2/24. Check your email and see if you
find my reply, possibly it was filed in your Junk folder.

If you are receiving the message that your license can not be
reassigned at this time, then Army Builder is thinking that it is
being reassigned to a new machine. I will gladly take care of that for
you. I will send you an email right away letting you know that this
has been done, please check your email.
