Trouble Running Army Builder

I have installed Army Builder and having trouble getting it to run. I have downloaded the program from the website and it is giving me an error saying Army Builder has encountered a problem and must close, we are sorry for the inconvience. I have done the fix that was listed on the tech support section of the website but it did not help with the problem. Is there anybody out there that has dealt with this problem and gotten it fixed. I would love to go an buy the CD but I am currently unable to until early 2010. Any help would be appriciated. I already have the licence for the program just need help getting it to run
