Trouble downloading Army Builder

When I try and download the army builder program or open it/initialise it - I get an error message stating: "Could not initialise. File expected = 3057341, size reterned = 502414". Can you tell me what is going wrong - what I need to do to be able to download and use army builder.

Note: I already have purchased a license and used befoer but have access to a different laptop now so need to download the program again.
