Good news UltraPrime took point and provided an update that will allow for a roster generation with this rule set. However it is not perfect, but a start. To use it you select this rule set and it remove the basic rules comp requirement to allow you to create the roster. You do it like a separate roster with a point vale. We intent to redress this in future releases but wanted to at least give you a starting point.

Expect release in 2.67
 
I am getting a "Warning! There are zero active compostition profiles for the current race when I use the Tri/treach rules.
 
You will as the system is removing the standard validation. It one of those thing you just cover your eyes when you use it :)
