I have pre-ordered the RotR pack and have already been using the community version to start the campaign up.

What i would like to know is is it possible for HL to manage or inform of any gained xp or loot after an encounter?

What do you mean? Individual players with HL portfolios should be able to add experience and loot to their portfolios.
 
Using combat manager within the tactical console. If I have the whole party in the portfolio and add monsters to a combat. As the xp value of the monsters is there can this be reported at the end of the combat?
 
The XP for the encounter is shown in the dashboard (list of all the characters in the portfolio) when you have the enemies in the same portfolio as the players.
