Transfering Minions

I had one of my PCs die on an adventure and one of the other PCs wanted to take possession of his horse. Is there a way to transfer the minion from one character to another?
 
It seems not directly, unfortunately. I recommend you add an equivalent minion to the living character, set it up the same as the dead fellow's horse, and then transfer all equipment from the old horse to the new one. Once that is done, delete the minion on the dead character to avoid confusion.
