Transfer from D20 to PF

Is there any way to transfer over data from D20 to PF? even things like spells or equipment? i know classes cant and a few other things, but it seems that spells and equipment could.
 
No.

Spells can be defined for multiple classes, so it's best to re-do them (it might work to bring them directly in).

Equipment - doubtful - the mechanics behind charges and counts have changed.

I recommend opening two copies of HL, one with the Pathfinder editor open, the other with the d20 editor open. That way you can just cut-and-paste the text, the scripts (then alter them), and copy the various checkboxes and lists.
