Tracking sold goods/consumed items

I think I already know the answer to this, but it doesn't hurt to ask: is there any way to track the sale of items (I fenced that focus I found!) and the consumption of goods (I used 12 of my reagents!) so I have a paper trail of where my money comes from and has gone?
