Totem Beast feat problem

Does anyone else get the wrong choice of abilities when you choose the Totem Beast feat? I get abilities from the monster summoners handbook only to choose for my animal companion.
 
I bought the Advanced Class Guide and now I have the proper choices. It appears you must have that book even though the feat is in another book that I bought.
