Tool bar different than video

Maybe I just can't figure it out but my toolbar is not the same as the video. Are the tutorial videos just older and things were changed or am I not selecting the correct thing?
 
Things changed/evolved quite a bit from when the videos were made to the EA release, including the toolbars.

Is there something in the videos you're not able to do because of this?
 
Any chance you could post a screenshot, or list out the differences you see? Which videos are you referring to, and what workflow are you trying to follow?
