Too Many Folders

I have four different "Hero Lab" folders on my mac. One's in Documents, one's in Documents/My Documents, the third is in Documents/My Documents/Games and the fourth is in ~/Library/Containers/Hero Lab/Data/Documents.

Which one(s) does the application actually use? I'm guessing only the fourth one, and I can get rid of the other three. Yes, no, maybe? :-)

Some of the first 3 have some .por files in a "porfolios" folder. There's a similar folder in the fourth location, but there's nothing in it.
