Tomb Kings Warband Chariot bug

Tomb Kings army, Large Warband (200-500 pts) special rules:

The chariot allows you to take upgrade for champion, musician and standard to a unit of a single model. These upgrades shouldn't be available until the armybook minimum of three models in the unit.
