The "Dispel Scroll" talisman for characters should not be limited to 1 item. (Should be as Dwarf list, where multiples are possible)

All characters need the "mounted" option and associated point cost.

"Chariot of fire" is missing option for Kings/Princes.

you can click on the Dispel Scoll and hit the + / - buttons to increase / decrease the count.

characters can mount on a skeletal steed / chariot, not sure what else the should have?

chariot of fire should be under Enchanted Items :~)
