Timeline for adventures?

With the Gamemastery Guide pushed back to February by Paizo, I would love to see the "Fall of Plaugestone" and Age of Ashes Adventure path implemented sooner rather than later?

Any chance we can get a timeline update on those?
 
Indicative pricing of GM and player content will be handy, as well as knowing if the player content is included in the GM content or is additional.
