Tiefling Rakshasa Bloodrager question???

We are starting a new Pathfinder game and I decided to try and make a CN Tiefling Rakshasa Bloodrager. I took "Fiendish Heritage" as a feat since it is first level only selection. What I am wondering is what would be the best "build" for the character?

For stats I rolled 14, 13, 13, 13, 11, and the DM gives us a free 18
What would be the best way to for attributes? (Yeah I know lousy rolls)

I when I picked Bloodrager I was under the impression that it was a spell caster class, but in looking on the internet, it seems like the Bloodrager is a form of barbarian (fighter) with some spell casting abilities, and what about the Tiefling and Rakshasa pat? I have tried several variations on Herolab but none seem to be anything spectacular. Not to mention, many of the feats that each type (Infernal, Tiefling, Rakshasa) get for free doesn't show up in the combined character. And aren't all "outsiders" supposed to be proficient with all martial weapons??

Any help would be appreciated.

This is not the best place to get "character build" advice. Paizo forums has an Advice forum where you will get lots of feedback on the best "build" for a character.

This forum is helpful with questions on using Hero Lab or how to input houserules and such.
