So long time Hero Lab user but i was making a samurai for my friend and he was wanted to user archetypes and orders that come from Rite Publishing that isn't on Hero Lab. is there a way to create a custom order/Archetype and add in the information for them listed in the book?

Yes you use the editor.
I would recommend reading the Glossary of Terms for the Editor. Then check out FAQ#2 for all the places to learn about the editor including YouTube videos. Welcome to the wonderful world of using the HL editor which will be the most frustrating and rewarding thing you can do with Hero Lab.
