Third Edition Bloodlines

I've been tooling around with my new d20 license and I can't seem to find mention of the bloodlines (i.e. Dragon, Efreeti, etc.) from Unearthed Arcana despite the fact that I have that feature turned on. Ideas on what I know I'm probably missing?
 
The Unearthed Arcana content that's been added to HL so far is incomplete, and bloodlines are one of the things that has not been added.
