The One Ring by Cubicle 7 ?

I looked through the forums and after seeing the Hobbit, I've been all about Middle Earth again.

Cubicle 7 has a new RPG out, The One Ring. I bought the first set and the Tales from Wilderland to give me info data to read on.

I was then thinking if anyone had done it in Herolab as a side project ad Herolab doesn't officially support it.

I would be willing and thought about the Authoring Kit but I'm not a coder by nature, wondering which existing system would best fit the One Ring, I know Pathfinder won't.
