Text Snippet - Default Text

I have a simple request.

I'm inputting a bunch of data for running Horror on the Orient express.

I don't think this is possible, but I'd love if when I create the definition of a category (such as person) I can tell a text Snippet to start with certain text.

This would help me as sometimes I would like a filed that ends up like 'Occupation: Some occupation'. If I could have the snippet autopopulate with Occupation: already in the field and already boldd it would save a lot of time.

The common solution for this is to create a template and duplicate it, rather than creating a new instance of the Category.
