I recently went through a hard drive replacement. No problem. i
transferred the key to Army Builder and was good to go. Then I got a
worm and needed to re-format. Uh-oh. I contacted tech support and
my problem was resolved in a day. One day! And this was for version
2.x, after version 3 had been available for some time. I haven't
upgraded yet, but I am going to. I play most Games Workshop games
and don't want to be limited to just 40K in my army software. These
guys are great, their tech support is great, and their customer
service is great. My opinion, of course, but I wanted to share my
recent real-life experience.
