I am applying a custom created template to a creature that decreases intelligence. How can I get rid of the excess skill points and languages that still exist after applying the template? (I am applying this template on a stock nymph). (These prevent me from validating)

Also, though I haven't tested it out yet, will the template lower intelligence to less than a one?

You're going to need to create a copy of the Nymph that doesn't have those skills and languages pre-assigned using the editor. Sorry.
