Template not adding spell-likes to Character Sheet

I have an odd problem. I'm adding spell-like abilities to some templates and a couple of them aren't turning up on the character sheets, despite having the exact same bootstraps as the ones that are showing up. Any idea why this would be?

If it helps the two spells that seem to be the problem are Vigor and Dancing Shadows, and the bootstraps I'm using are SpellLike, HDCastLev and AtWill.

Well if you are using Helper.SpellLike / Helper.HDCastLev / Usage.AtWill then you should be good. If it is not working then I assume some condition is in play. Only way I could tell at this point is to check your custom file.
