Tau Pathfinders question

So I'm building a Tau army, and see that there are two different versions of the Pathfinder squad in Army Builder. One gets the normal 80-point Devilfish, the other has a 110 point version that seems to replace the gun drones with marker drones. Anyone know what the source of this version is? I'm curious if it's legal in regular games or if it's from some kind of special list.
 
One of the two versions that you are seeing (the one with the greater cost and fixed number of members) is for an Apocalypse formation that should not normally be selectable for use in a standar 40K army selection. This is an error and has recently been corrected - you should download the most recent copy (1.05a) of the general release or wait very shortly for AB to automtaically find the next general release (which probably will be sometime on November 15th)...
