Tagging things

I wanted to create a class that would have some abilities of fighter and clerics. This class would have Domains and Weapon Training. I can use the *Extend Thing section of the connect up the new class to the Custom Abilities. The primary Custom Ability would be the domain and the secondary would the Weapon Training. The Weapon Training fighter custom abilities are all set to work in the primary custom ability section. I would need to adjust these to the secondary. Rather than copying and adjusting to the secondary section. Is it possible through to tag the things with "Helper.Secondary" so that way they'd appear in the secondary section?
