Does Herolab online have a tactical console like Herolab classic? (sorry for the duplicate. I had a error message when I tried to post the question originally)

Duplicate answer ;) Yes it does. Within a Campaign you have the Stage on which you can enact Scene Scripts, which then have a Tactical Mode.
