Sync -500 Errors

Hi Everyone,

If any of you are still getting sync -500 errors AND you haven't had any recent replies from any support cases you have opened, please respond to the support case mentioning you are still getting the error. If you HAVEN'T opened a support case for it, please do so at: http://www.wolflair.com/realmworks/support/

Does this cover my special case sync error or not?
I haven't had any correspondence for ages!
