SR 5th ed. Synaptic booster+Improved reflexes adept power

Hello. I found out that HeroLab can stack Synaptic booster augment +Improved reflexes adept power.
Is it bug or there are just some rules i dont know about? Because as i know there are no stackable reaction boosters.

Could you please be more specific about which rules prevent augmentations from stacking with adept powers?

Improved reflexes (adept power) - core book, 310
increase cannot be
combined with other technological or magical increases
to Initiative.

Reaction enhancers (augment cyber) - core book, 455
Reaction enhancers are
incompatible with all other enhancements to Reaction,
including wired reflxes.

Wireless: Reaction enhancers are compatible with a
wireless wired reflxes system, and the total bonus Reaction from the two augmentations can be above +4 if
both systems have wireless activated.

Wired reflexes (augment cyber) - core book, 455
Wired reflxes are incompatible
with augmentations that affect Reaction or Initiative.

Wireless: The system is compatible with wireless reaction enhancers, and the total Reaction bonus from
both systems can be above +4 if both systems have
wireless active.

Synaptic booster (augment bio) - core book, 461
The synaptic booster cannot be combined with
any other form of Reaction or Initiative enhancement.

Boosted reflexes (augment bio) - Chrome Flesh, 118
boosted reflxes may not be removed
once installed, and they are incompatible with any other
Initiative-modifying augmentation.

P.S.: and due to this theme, there is also a question about this augments' compatibility with Increase Reflexes spell.

Kohime's got it right.
Now that i'm on the official Catalyst errata team I can say stuff like this ;-)

Don't quote me, but I believe the Increase Reflexes spell, like other such effects does not stack, but it can override a lower powered effect. For instance, if a person with Wired Reflexes 1 was a recipient of the spell with 3 hits, they would calculate their initiative per the rules for the spell; +3 initiative, +1d6, and ignore the normal Wired bonuses. However, they would still count their Reaction as increased from the Wired Reflexes for purposes of Defense Tests, since Increased Reflexes does not actually impact the Reaction score, as many other speed increasing effects do.

So Mathias Kiohime has it right.
I can say that now that i'm on the official errata team ;-)

I'll pose the question to the errata team about Increase Reflexes spell stacking with things (we don't permit it at our table).

Thanks, kiohime, I'll add this to my to-do list, although I need to warn you that implementing these changes will take some time, and I may not be able to get it into the next update, since there's a lot of interactions I need to take into account

Excellent. I am glad they have gotten an official errata team. Did they ever give us animal costs for Howling Shadows?

Last weekend we were hunting demonic rat things in an undercity and we fucked up so bad that we lost the trail and had the buy a dog from an underground dog fighting circuit so we could track the rats from their last known location.... and of course.... we spent like an hour looking for the reasonable price of a dog and ended up having to go back to a 4E book. Which everyone was a bit sour about in the end.

Missions is adopting the critter price list compiled by the reddit community.
We are considering it for official errata.
