Symbol of Pain

In my current game session, my character failed his save vs a Symbol of Pain spell. -4 to ability checks, skill checks, and attacks. I found the Skill Bonus, All Skills (changed to -4) and Attack Penalty under Other Adjustments, but can't find anyway to add -4 to ability checks. Suggestions?

Or is there a Symbol of Pain Spell Adjustment that I missed before?

I don't think this exists currently. That being said the reason I can see there is no adjustment for it is that it is only the ability checks. So altering the ability modifiers would also alter things not modified by the -4 to only ability checks (seeing if you later the ability modifier to represent this it would also alter the skill rolls a second time).

Lets take STR for example. Taking a -4 to STR ability checks wouldn't alter your melee attack rolls. As such the only way I can see this implemented is as a circumstance notification and maybe on the print out sheet. But such an adjustment currently doesn't exist to my knowledge maybe Shadow's stuff has something for it (won't guarantee that though).

So I would just take note of it somewhere yourself for now in a clear manor to not forget it.

I have specifically added a new adjustment (in the next release) to the Basic Pack that will let you add a situational note to all ability scores.

Look for the new version Monday 9/7/2015...
