Next another CC is resolved (same phase so it is really simultanious
with the first CC) and the result of this CC is that enemy models
somehow (sweep, consolidate etc) ends up within 6" of the first marine
unit. Now it seems unfair, that they was able to rally...

I'm sorry if I gave you the opinion that I thought this was either
fair or clear. I'm merely stating the most popular interpretation
that I have heard and typical way I have seen it played.

It goes back to rules lawyering and clarity is not necessarily the
goal in those cases. BTW, I like your method, you're right, it is
more clear. I just don't think I could get any marine player here to
agree. :)
