So I know this probably isnt the right place for this but I dont know where else to get assistance. Has anybody else NOT gotten any response from the support email? I purchased a license extension last Thursday that didn't work and locked out my account and after 3 emails and over a week (despite the canned response of "2-3 business days for response"), I have yet to hear anything back about a resolution and now I am out $28. I am about to file a fraud claim with my cc company but wanted to see if anyone else was experiencing the same issue as I was first.
