I submitted a bug here regarding Heroes of the Jade Oath. I was told that since this is a third-party product, I have to seek support from the third-party publisher.
I submitted a ticket to Rite Publishing nearly two months ago. No response. When I request an update for the ticket from their site, it sends me a link via email. I click on that link, and I get a "server not found" message.
I opened a second ticket with them to remind them of the first ticket, but if they don't respond again, is that it, then? No support options?
