Superior Implements

When an implement is selected under magic items, the user should be able to select if the item is a superior implement if they have the superior implement training feat. And then the superior implement types available should both be restricted by the item type and which Superior Implement training feats the character has.

My Invoker for instance has defiant rod superior implement but the defiant rod properties don't show up anywhere. Nor can I select to make my Rod of First Blood +2 a Defiant Rod of First blood +2

I've taken to cloning the rod of first blood +2 and making a defiant rod of first blood +2, but it's a bit of a pain... Would be nice if Superior implements were integrated.

Ah! I hadn't realized that superior implements could be enchanted too. I'll put this on the to-do list for a future release of the files.

Thanks for reporting this bug!
