M&M 2nd ed. Super-Speed Rapid Fire errata Core/UP

This one is a bit tricky. In the core book, Rapid Fire was listed as a Super-Speed power which gave you an Autofire Blast with ranks equal to your Super-Speed rank with an implied Flaw (made explicit in an ORQ) that many small objects need to be onhand and that it's limited to a maximum range of one range increment (throwing distance). UP changed this to 2/3 the rank of Super-Speed, probably noting that the "Flaw" wasn't very likely to come up. Currently, the rules just have the Core version listed.

On a side note, would it be possible for the attacks gained from Super-Speed feats to be added to the Special tab?

I second Duggan's request for the UP version to be corrected and agree with his request for the listing on the Special tab.

Hmm... I can provide a .User file that fixes the UP Rapid Fire delay, but I can't provide both that and a fix for the normal one to indicate the implied Flaw. Still working on trying to remember how to add an entry to the Special tab.
