So I went to purchase the new Alkenstar content but I cannot since it is below 4 dollars (due to the sale)...I own the rest of the PF2 content so there is nothing else for me to add to the cart. Is there something I can do?
 
Apologies for the inconvenience. Unfortunately, LWD's payment processor doesn't allow the processing of transactions under four dollars. Have you thought of adding more time to your HLO account or maybe checking out a new system?
 
I did not even know about a sale until I saw this. LW needs to notify customers about a sale. I just went and purchased the Pathfinder completest pack. Now to look over the 3rd party stuff I do not already have.
 
I'm in the same boat as marroon69. And while I love the product and won't stop using it over this, and I get the technical limitation of the payment processor...

I honestly don't think the response to your sale making it impossible to buy just the product I want is to suggest adding on a large, non-sale item to get over a 26cent difference. So what was excitement of being able to participate in and take advantage of your sale shifts over into more disappointment and frustration instead.
