May I suggest a site or database where you can upload your Character sheet and be viewable to other people so you can easily share with DM of game for PbP/online, or simply if you forget your character sheet. That way when you update your character sheet you can simply upload your new character sheet to the site and be done with it, rather then going to place like Mythweaver or DnDsheets and transcribe everything.

If nothing else the place could serve as an advertisement for Hero lab itself. Think about it, when you upload your character sheet and someone reviews a character sheet, at the top of the page they see Hero lab's name.
 
Hero Lab can output a basictext/html/wiki/BCC statblock for easy copy/paste to docs or websites. It can also output to a basic pdf. If you have a website supports either of those then you're good to go. You can always try Obsidian Portal, which supports Wiki for just that sort of thing.

You could also try to get into the next round of beta testing for Realm Works. There are several things listed in the proposed options on the splash page that sound similar to what you are looking for:

"Private forum encourages player discussion outside the game, with FULL LINKING TO GAME CONTENT" (emphasis mine)

"Share your creations with others via community content repository"

"sharing ... content for independent player viewing and comments via the cloud"
