successful activation but still on minimal system

I have recently moved AB to a new computer and had a rep tell me that my license is ready for the new machine. AB successfully activates but Im not seeing any of the game systems. It still says Im on the minimal system. It has been a few weeks since I started this process and still having problems. Can I have some assistance with a resolution?
