So I have the Starfinder License and my subscription has Expired.
If I bought the PF2 License would that give me Subscription time or has that Changed? (From my understanding)
 
The licensing model has only changed in terms of presentation. The pricing has been split up between the service level and game systems for improved clarity to new users, but it's a change for existing users.

If you purchased Starfinder and your license has expired, simply adding the PF2 game system does not impact the service level. In fact, you shouldn't be able to add a new game system (or Starfinder add-on content) with your expired license.

So the first thing you'll need to do is renew the license in whatever manner you choose. Once you've added that to the cart, the ability to add PF2 should then be enabled.
